ASML Q3 2026: Pricing Power Arrives and the Order Book Reaches 2030
Ben Bajarin · October 14, 2026
ASML has moved from proving it can build enough tools to being paid more for each one, with customers asking to commit to 2029 and 2030 before ASML is ready to accept their orders. Operating view: Q3 confirmed that lithography demand is running ahead of ASML's planned output in both 2027 and 2028, and that ASML has used that position to raise prices on its most critical tools for the first time in its history. Our WFE High case already carries ASML's 2026 systems revenue and its roughly 85-system 2027 Low-NA plan.
