Apple Silicon: New Designs for Cooling, Camera Processing, and On-Device AI

A20 Pro shows how this works: camera software needed more neural processing, while more demanding tasks required changes to memory access and cooling. Designing these parts together lets Apple choose processing engines, memory bandwidth, and packaging around upcoming products.
